SD based persistent registry now supported

The BSP now supports hive based persistent registry saved on SD card. This is useful for platforms like the Gumstix Overo Tide or the Beagleboard xM, both of which have a large amount of RAM but lack on board flash memory. Now modifications made to the registry …say like the time zone setting are preserved across reboots. At this time nether the MPC Data or Adeneo’s BSP supports this feature. Sure you can probably get them to add it for big $$$$. In my opinion persistent registry is a “must have” and I do not see how they can charge so much for so little. For those who purchased the source for my BSP the upgrade is free. Contact me through my Codeplex account for the upgrade.
